POSTAGE.
All UK orders are dispatched on a 24-48hr courier service provided by Business Post. More often than not you will receive your order in 24hrs (next working day) but this is not guaranteed.
Orders outside of the UK are sent Via normal Royal Mail surface post and can in some cases take up to 28days to be delivered. Cleaning Solution/kits will not be sent to non UK orders and will be removed from the order, your payment card will be charged as normal for the rest of the order.
The cleaning solution/kit is readily available from any good chemist.
RETURNS POLICY.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. You have 7 days starting from the day your order arrives in which to cancel it for a full refund.
Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, via email to

The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. The product should be packed in its original packaging, complete with all instructions.
Care must be taken when packing products for transit. You are advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey. Upon arrival of your return the refund will be made to the payment card that was used to place the order within 30 days.
The Distance Selling Regulations clearly state that items such as cosmetics by reason of their nature cannot be returned unless the product is still sealed (unused), faulty, damaged or the order has been supplied incorrect.
Returns are subject to a handling / re-stocking fee charged at a flat rate of £3.00 however this will not apply if you return your order using a recorded or tracked postal service.
Before returning the your order please make sure that you have followed all the instructions that came with it.
Please return your eye wear in the storage case with a small amount of solution to stop them drying out.
Please note that we do not refund postage charges unless the product is proven faulty.
When you post them back to us please include a short letter explaining the problem, it would also be helpful if you could include information about when and where you bought the item/s.
